Con profondo dolore abbiamo appreso e comunichiamo la scomparsa improvvisa del 𝐌𝐚𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐆𝐢𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐨, membro della Giuria del nostro International Composition Prize.
Per undici anni ha accompagnato il cammino del concorso con competenza, rigore, sensibilità e una straordinaria attenzione verso la musica contemporanea. Il suo contributo e la sua visione artistica hanno certamente contribuito alla crescita di questa iniziativa.
La sua scomparsa lascia un grande vuoto, non solo per il valore del musicista e del docente, ma anche per le qualità umane che abbiamo avuto il privilegio di conoscere e apprezzare nel corso degli anni.
A nome tutta l‘organizzazione del concorso, dei maestri della Giuria e di tutti coloro che hanno condiviso con lui questo percorso, esprimiamo la nostra più sincera gratitudine per il tratto di strada percorso insieme e ci uniamo con affetto al dolore della sua famiglia e dei suoi cari.
𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐙𝐈𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎! Come le opere destinate a restare ciò che ci ha donato non si conclude con l’ultima nota, ma continua a vibrare nel tempo e oltre il tempo. Alcune presenze non appartengono soltanto al momento in cui le abbiamo incontrate: continuano a camminare accanto a noi, nei luoghi che hanno contribuito a costruire e nelle tracce che hanno lasciato.
𝐂𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐥 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐥𝐚 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐢 𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐚, 𝐨𝐥𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞.
With deep sorrow, we have learned of the sudden passing of 𝐌𝐚𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐆𝐢𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐨, a member of the Jury of our International Composition Prize.
For eleven years, Maestro Bosco was part of the journey of our competition, bringing to it his expertise, rigor, sensitivity, and profound attention to contemporary music. His contribution and artistic vision played an important role in the growth of this initiative.
His passing leaves a deep void, not only for the loss of an esteemed musician and teacher, but also for the human qualities we had the privilege to know and appreciate over the years.
On behalf of the entire organization of the competition, the members of the Jury, and all those who shared this path with him, we express our heartfelt gratitude for the journey we travelled together, and we stand close to his family and loved ones in this time of grief.
𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔, 𝐌𝐀𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎! What you gave us does not end with the final note: it remains, quietly and deeply, in the places you helped to shape and in the traces you leave behind. Some presences continue to walk beside us long after the moment in which we met them.
