LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING: Professional RESPECT begins with clear communication.
When you ask for a proposal it’s not a quick process for me.
I need information, time to think, to analyze the event and only then, can i send you a proposal.
That’s why I personally always ask for a call/video call.
That means time — dedicating time to you, which for me as a wedding planner is essential. I need to get to know you, understand what you dream of and what you need.
Only after the call I’ll be able to send a quote for my service.
Sometimes, even if fortunately it happens rarely, the couple simply never replies… SILENCE.
You should never feel obligated to hire me as your wedding planner — absolutely not.
But I truly believe that writing “thank you, but you’re over our budget” or “thank you, but we didn’t feel you were the right fit” is a sign of RESPECT for someone who has dedicated time to you.
Just two lines — that’s all we ask☺️
Behind every reply there is a human being, there is time.
Is silence a response? Yes, of course — but it’s not the kindest one.
For you it may mean nothing, but for me it means a lot.
Communication, even when the answer is no, is always appreciated.
