Non abbiamo mai pensato alla cucina come a un servizio. È parte integrante della villa.

Negli anni si è evoluta, ha affinato tecniche, menù e sapori. Ma non ha mai perso il suo carattere.

Continuiamo a preparare la pasta fresca in casa, a sperimentare senza perdere le nostre radici e a credere che il tempo dedicato a ogni preparazione faccia ancora la differenza.

We've never thought of our kitchen as just a service. It's an integral part of Villa Rota.

Over the years, it has evolved, refining its techniques, menus, and flavours. But it has never lost its character.

We still make our fresh pasta in-house, keep experimenting without losing sight of our roots, and believe that the time devoted to every preparation is what truly makes the difference.

Carolina è quella che risponde al telefono la prima volta, che vi accompagna tra le sale, che si ricorda il nome di vostra nonna e dove va seduta.
Non organizza il vostro matrimonio: se ne prende cura, dall’inizio alla fine.

La veranda di Villa Rota è pronta a scrivere un nuovo capitolo ✨

Dal 2027 lascerà spazio a una nuova versione in stile limonaia: più luce, più vetro, ancora più dialogo con il parco. Lo stesso luogo, reinterpretato con uno sguardo contemporaneo.

Nel frattempo, continua a fare ciò che ha sempre fatto: accogliere momenti che restano.

Villa Rota's veranda is ready to begin a new chapter.

From 2027, it will evolve into a new orangery-inspired space: more light, more glass, and an even stronger connection with the surrounding park. The same place, reimagined with a contemporary vision.

Until then, it will continue doing what it has always done: welcoming moments that last.

Dal 9 al 19 agosto Villa Rota si prende una pausa 🪷

Dopo mesi intensi, ci concediamo qualche giorno di riposo per arrivare a settembre con il tempo e la lucidità che ogni evento merita. Settembre è uno dei periodi più vivi dell'anno e vogliamo accoglierlo al meglio.

From August 9 to 19, Villa Rota will be taking a short summer break.

After a busy season, we're taking a few days to recharge so we can welcome September with the time and clarity that every event deserves. September is one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year, and we want to be ready for it.
