The Grom finals at the World Rookie Tour Lapland Rookie Fest 2026 proved one thing loud and clear: the next generation is already stepping up.

🥇 took the win with a confident run and a score of 35.66, showing solid control and composure under pressure during the Arctic night finals.

🥈 Karlo Kauppinen secured second place after putting down strong riding throughout the contest and showing great potential for the seasons ahead.

🥉 Liam Sampson from the USA completed the podium, bringing international energy and battling hard until the last run.

Young squad. Big progression.
And this is only the first stop of the new season 🔥

Rookie Podium Went OFF in Levi 🚀

Under the Arctic sky of Levi Ski Resort, the Rookie finals at the World Rookie Tour Lapland Rookie Fest 2026 delivered heavy riding from start to finish.

🥇 came in hot with the cleanest and most complete run of the night, mixing technical tricks, flow and confidence to stomp a huge 92.66 and lock down the win.

🥈 answered back with a super solid run packed with control and consistency, earning 85.00 and keeping the pressure on until the very last drop.

🥉 .nurmela completed the podium with an impressive 83.00, throwing down style and smooth ex*****on all the way through the course.

Three different approaches.
Three heavy runs.
One thing in common: the level is already going crazy for WRT 2027 🔥

Spring Rookie Fest 2026 is not just a camp. It’s where the next season starts taking shape. 💥

On Wednesday, May 13th, the French Fries Rookie Fest hits Les Deux Alpes Skatepark with one big reason to show up: this is one of the first skate contests where riders can start collecting points for the World Rookie Tour 2026. 🛹

A full week of glacier vibes, skate sessions, good people and side activities, then straight into contest mode.

The skate competition brings that early season energy, with the first points on the line and the first chance to put your name in the mix before the rest of the tour really kicks off. 🔥

On Saturday, May 16, the snowboard competition goes down in Les Deux Alpes, with Sunday, May 17 as weather day. 🏂

This is not just another contest on the calendar. It’s one of the first chances to collect points for the World Rookie Tour 2027. 💥

That means one thing: the race starts here.

A full week on the glacier, daily snowboard training, extra sessions, workshops and camp life all building up to contest day.

2026 World Rookie Tour – Grom Girl Slopestyle 3rd Place 🥉

Another strong result on snow.kaila.a claims 3rd place at Kitzsteinhorn – Zell am See-Kaprun with a smooth and stylish slopestyle run.

A technical and creative course featuring stacked rails, a challenging knuckle and a final hip that required full commitment.

She stayed in control from top to bottom, linking every feature with confidence and clean ex*****on.

Solid tricks, great flow and plenty of style made this podium finish well deserved.
