Sono frutto di un attento restauro filologico, concepito e realizzato dall'architetto e fondatore Nicola Gisonda, volto a preservarne la struttura originaria, esaltandola con elementi di design dal carattere nuovo. Le Officine del Volo sono un luogo storico della città di Milano e d'Italia: le ex Officine Aeronautiche Caproni, leggendaria fabbrica per la costruzione di aeroplani durante la prima e seconda guerra mondiale.
