🏆 MILANO WINE & SPIRITS EXPLORER – Best Wine Stars Awards 2026

Tra le realtà selezionate da Prodes Italia per il Milano Wine & Spirits Explorer Award 2026 figura Moebius Milano, premiato per un concept capace di unire cucina, miscelazione, musica, design e cultura in un’esperienza contemporanea e in continua evoluzione.

Nel cuore di Milano, Moebius è uno spazio poliedrico nato dalla visione di Lorenzo Querci: un ex magazzino tessile trasformato in un luogo dove convivono cocktail bar, vinili, musica jazz dal vivo, il Tapa Bistrot e il ristorante fine dining Moebius Sperimentale, guidato dallo chef Enrico Croatti e insignito di una Stella Michelin.

Located in the heart of Milan, Moebius is a multifaceted destination created from the vision of Lorenzo Querci: a former textile warehouse transformed into a space combining a cocktail bar, vinyl records, live jazz performances, the Tapa Bistrot and the fine-dining restaurant Moebius Sperimentale, led by Chef Enrico Croatti and awarded a Michelin Star.

Doppio riconoscimento per Cantina Barbera Sei Castelli ai Best Wine Stars Awards 2026.

Il progetto “Il Risveglio del Ceppo: un patrimonio genetico salvaguardato” ha conquistato il premio Best Green Project, assegnato da Camilla Manzato – Founder di VineRespect – per il suo approccio concreto e misurabile alla sostenibilità, fondato sul recupero delle risorse, la tutela della biodiversità e la valorizzazione del patrimonio vitivinicolo.

The project “Il Risveglio del Ceppo: Preserving a Genetic Heritage” received the Best Green Project award, assigned by Camilla Manzato – Founder of VineRespect – for its concrete and measurable approach to sustainability, focused on resource recovery, biodiversity protection and the enhancement of wine heritage.
