In Venice, the city itself becomes part of the event, felt from the first arrival through every moment that follows.
That extends to the logistics. With no roads, moving guests, teams and equipment by water adds a layer of complexity most cities never require, and it calls for a different kind of planning, down to the smallest detail.
Demanding, certainly. But the result more than justified it.
