How to start the planning process from afar?⁠💍
🕊The first step is to decide if you want a romantic escape, micro or large wedding. So that, it is important to make your guests list.
🕊Type of ceremony. Do you wish to have your ceremony and reception in the same venue? Will it be a civil (legally-binding) ceremony or a symbolic one?
🕊Budget. If you have a budget in mind, it will help you decide how much you feel comfortable spending on each service and aspect of the wedding.
🕊Choose your region. A few things you’ll want to think about is convenience and distance from local airports, transport options, accommodation nearby, and the overall atmosphere you want to create for your event.
🕊Choose your wedding date and venue. Think about places and landscapes you might prefer just to imagine how your wedding would be. This has to be according to the style of your event. Choosing your wedding venue in Italy is often the hardest step. There are so many to choose from and many factors that will influence the choice of an Italian wedding venue. 📍Keep in mind that in some exclusive venues, there are vendors exclusive to those wedding venues (caterer, musicians, florists).
Having an idea of which month will also mean that you will then receive the correct seasonal prices from venues and suppliers. Italy’s peak wedding season is during the summer months between May – September.
✨If you need to stay on a budget, choose a day from Monday to Thursday, so that you will have a better chance to find the best venues and the suppliers available at a lower price.
🕊Source your suppliers. It’s important to work with trusted suppliers and you should also choose suppliers who you feel relaxed and comfortable with.
🕊Going Solo or hiring an Agency? This is a very personal question and a lot depends on the size and complexity of your event.

Arrange a fireworks show that evening, which will be an amazing wedding surprise ideas ✨

💫Most locations require permits for fireworks that can take several weeks to process.
💫Every show begins with a thorough and detailed inspection of the event location.
💫Safety comes first! The fireworks are all assembled by professionals in order to minimise the risk of accidents, damage or malfunction.
💫Setting off fireworks is not allowed after 11pm.
💫Coordinate your fireworks display with music to take the show over the top.
💫Give your photographer and videographer advance notice that you will be treating guests to a fireworks display.
