«Why does the ceremony only start at 5:00 PM?”

This is one of the questions we hear most often from our couples.

In reality, the wedding day starts much earlier.

While the couple is enjoying a relaxed breakfast overlooking the lake and getting ready for one of the most important days of their lives, dozens of professionals are already working behind the scenes.

From early morning, florists, technicians, caterers, musicians, photographers and wedding planners are on site. Over the course of a few hours, an empty venue is transformed into the setting for a truly unforgettable celebration.

Our goal is to make sure all of this preparation remains invisible to the couple.

That’s why a typical wedding day in Italy often looks like this:

4:30 PM - Guest Arrival & Welcome Drink

5:00 PM - Ceremony

5:30 PM - Aperitivo

7:00 PM - Dinner

9:00 PM - First Dance

10:00 PM - Cake Cutting
