For Michela and Matteo’s floral design, this was exactly where we started. Flowers with different varieties, structures, and dimensions come together to create compositions that feel rich, vibrant, and seemingly spontaneous. Every shade finds its place. Every flower contributes to the balance of the whole. No perfect monochromes. No overly predictable combinations. Color moves, creates depth, guides the eye, and enters into dialogue with everything around it. Because a floral composition is not simply a collection of beautiful flowers. It is a matter of rhythm, proportion, and sensitivity. It is designing with a living material.

Ciao Amelie,
è passata già una settimana da quando abbiamo dovuto prendere la decisione più difficile e straziante della nostra vita.

In pochissimi giorni abbiamo scoperto un brutto male e la situazione è precipitata così vertiginosamente da portarci a porre fine alle tue sofferenze.
Sei stata davvero una cagnolina speciale: con la tua disabilità ci hai mostrato ogni giorno quanto la vita sia bella e con quanta tenacia vada vissuta. Sei stata incredibilmente forte. Da quando avevi appena tre mesi abbiamo fatto avanti e indietro dal veterinario, tra alti e bassi, e nessuno avrebbe mai scommesso che ci saresti stata accanto per quasi tredici anni.

Ci hai trasformato la vita, ridisegnando la nostra quotidianità. Ora che non ci ritroviamo più a compiere quei piccoli, semplici gesti d’amore pensati per te, lasci un vuoto incommensurabile.
Sai, credo di non aver mai pianto così tanto, nemmeno quando se n’è andata la tua amata nonna, la mia mamma. E sai perché? Perché l’amore che ci hai donato è stato immenso, puro e incondizionato.

Ora restano soltanto il silenzio e la tua assenza tra le pareti di casa: le tue palline sparse ovunque e quella rampa per salire sul divano che chissà se avremo mai il coraggio di spostare.

Cara Amelie, lasci qui la tua sorellina Fanta e tutti noi. Ogni giorno che passa ci manchi sempre di più. Solo chi ha condiviso la vita con un animale, vivendolo come un vero membro della famiglia, può comprendere fino in fondo questo dolore.

Un’immagine che mi fa sentire bene è pensarti lì, al fiume Trebbia, mentre ti rinfreschi di fronte a un panorama bellissimo, senza pensieri nella testa e a contatto con la natura.

Per sempre, sarai un pezzo fondamentale del nostro cuore.
