Cosa spinge una persona a parlare di un al quale ha partecipato? Per questa domanda ci sono in realtà due risposte. La prima, la peggiore per un organizzatore, è che sia stato un evento così brutto o noioso da spingerlo a farne una cattiva pubblicità. La seconda, invece, quella vincente, è che sia stato un evento così ben organizzato da interessare il partecipante a tal punto da indurlo a l’ all’esterno.
