Starting this year, our panoramic terrace features just 9 tables, surrounded by vineyards and the rolling hills of Romagna.

You won’t find crowded aperitivo spots, loud music, or tables packed together here. Just the peace of the countryside, breathtaking sunsets, honest farm-to-table cuisine made with ingredients from our own farm, and our organic wines.

Nasce qui, tra queste montagne e foreste,
ai margini del Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi.
Una varietà antica, rimasta fedele alla sua origine.

Non ha bisogno di trattamenti,
non chiede chimica.
Sta in piedi da sola, come facevano una volta le cose vere.

Cresce lenta, prende il sole,
si fa forte senza scorciatoie.

È un pomodoro da serbo:
pensato per durare, per accompagnarti anche nei mesi freddi.

Noi lo coltiviamo così,

An ancient variety, still true to its origin.

It doesn’t need treatments,

and becomes strong without shortcuts.

It’s a storage tomato,
meant to last and stay with you through the colder months.

We grow it this way,
without changing anything.
