Planning a wedding in Italy while living abroad completely changes the rules of the game.

There are no regular venue visits.
No quick stop-bys with suppliers to clarify details in person.
No way to double-check the location right up until the last moment.
•
For this reason you need someone on the ground who manages every stage with constant coordination, local presence, and quick response.
•
In one of the recent weddings I coordinated, the real complexity was orchestrating everything before the couple even arrived: translating their vision to suppliers, aligning timelines and expectations with guests and services, and handling every communication and site check remotely, leaving nothing to chance.
•

In uno degli ultimi matrimoni che ho seguito, la vera complessità è stata orchestrare tutto prima dell’arrivo degli sposi: spiegare ai fornitori i desideri dei clienti, allineare le tempistiche con le esigenze degli sposi e degli ospiti, gestire i sopralluoghi e le comunicazioni andando oltre la distanza.

Quello che vedete il giorno del matrimonio è solo una piccola parte del lavoro.
•
Il resto? È fatto di call con fornitori, gestione dei tempi, piani B pronti prima ancora che servano.
È organizzare transfer da Torino verso location immerse nel nulla (ma meravigliose).
È tradurre esigenze, abitudini e aspettative tra culture diverse.
•
Organizzare un matrimonio vuol dire essere in grado di guidare una macchina complessa che deve funzionare alla perfezione. E il mio compito è fare in modo che voi non ve ne accorgiate nemmeno.
•

Everything else happens behind the scenes: calls with suppliers, careful timeline management, and backup plans in place long before they’re ever needed.
It’s arranging transfers from Turin to hidden venues, surrounded by nature and far from everything — yet absolutely stunning.
It’s bridging different cultures, translating needs, expectations, and ways of doing things so nothing gets lost along the way.
