The ice-cream we love to produce in our laboratory is the one that requires the right attitude, slow preparation, that of bygone times, that tells a tradition rich in flavours, fragrances, simplicity that bind us to our land and that we offer you every day to excite you with all the nuances of flavour that only good things can give. With love and passion we choose the best raw materials among those who, like us, look for excellence in nature, by cultivating it with simplicity and respect. We focus on our territory to offer you a better ice-cream for your health and for the health of our planet. We use responsible ingredients only: milk and cream from organic farms, the fruit for our sorbets is seasonal, grown as much as possible close to us, often by farming friends, who really love what they do; sugar is white cane, water is only Lauretana mineral, spoons, cups and bags are strictly biodegradable. The colours are those offered us by nature. We do not use artificial dyestuffs, preservatives, thickeners, hydrogenated vegetable fats or other synthetic products used instead for ice-creams that are harmful to health. The one we are proposing you is an ice-cream that is made fresh daily, simple, healthy and natural.
