Il dolore cronico è da sempre oggetto di studio da molteplici prospettive diverse: fisiopatologica, terapeutica, diagnostica. Ma c’è un aspetto ancora poco esplorato nel panorama clinico: il ruolo della personalità e del profilo caratteriale sulla vulnerabilità al dolore.

Durante l'evento Pain and Personality, affronteremo un tema tanto innovativo quanto necessario: il legame tra tratti temperamentali e la percezione del dolore. Un punto di vista che apre nuovi scenari nella personalizzazione della terapia analgesica e nella presa in carico del paziente.

Un’occasione per riflettere, discutere e approfondire con un approccio interattivo e multidisciplinare, al fine di generare una discussione sulla necessità di portare avanti indagini epidemiologiche finalizzate.
