I was born in New York and spent part of my childhood there before moving to Rome where I studied law. While studying in university, I worked as a hostess for numerous congresses and conventions: I found this part-time job stimulating and so exciting that I chose to make the organization of events a lifetime career. I worked for 10 years in a leading agency based in Rome; looking for new opportunities, in 2006 I moved to Florence where I founded MCR Conference.Twenty years of experience in the field of event planning has inspired me to create and manage Your Wedding in Florence. With my passion and dedication I love to plan and create unique weddings. Clients and suppliers describe me as a fun and hard working entrepreneur! I look forward to meeting you in Italy! https://www.yourweddinginflorence.com/it/

Behind every unforgettable proposal in Florence, there is much more than a beautiful setup.
There is the experience of Rita Tavella, CEO of Your Wedding in Florence, and the work of a team that carefully handles every detail to turn an idea into a truly special moment.
Inside an exclusive venue in the heart of Florence, surrounded by magnificent frescoes, white roses, and candlelight, the team created a romantic, elegant atmosphere designed entirely around the couple.
Because when you choose Florence for a marriage proposal, it’s not only about the location — it’s about the team that knows how to make it unforgettable.
