We almost didn’t make this happen. Here’s why…

🌧 Days of rain, conflicting forecasts, and one unforgettable risk.
Leading up to K&R’s wedding, the weather was completely unpredictable. We had several days of rain, and every app showed something different—some predicted rain before the ceremony, others during dinner. That morning, no rain was forecasted, but a sudden downpour hit us hard, and it felt like a sign of things to come.

But we didn’t panic. We prepared for every scenario—Plan A, B, C, and D— and when the time came, we spoke with the couple. Together, we decided to take the risk and go ahead with Plan A: keeping everything outdoors, knowing that if it rained, we’d have to delay by 30 minutes. It was a gamble, but one we all agreed was worth it.

✨ In the end, we were lucky. The weather held, and K&R had the wedding of their dreams, just as they had imagined it.

💡 Advice for future couples: Always be prepared for the unexpected, but trust your vision—and sometimes, the risk pays off in the most beautiful way. 📸 .tsar_pro

Why choosing the shape of the table for your dinner reception in advance is important: ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
For roundtables, we usually put one centerpiece. For long tables, we can alternate decorations, or put smaller ones and fewer of them. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Having long tables gives you more flexibility than the round tables, as you can play around with different objects and put things between the elements while having roundtables means that you must have one mandatory centerpiece no matter what.​​​​​​​​

Cindy Salgado was the best decision we made while planning our wedding. Our interactions with her were always easy and pleasant which turned the process of planning from dreadful to enjoyable.​​​​​​​​

Most wedding planners we looked into were a package deal including all their vendors; with Cindy, we were able to choose who we wanted to use. She facilitated all communications and made sure we were always happy.​​​​​​​​
