I absolutely love when couples are excited and proactive about their wedding — that passion is such a beautiful part of the process! But as a planner who specializes in destination weddings and luxury events, I often find myself gently reminding couples that the real value of a planner isn’t just in having a long vendor list — it’s in knowing how to curate the right vendors for your unique vision.

No one can know every single vendor across Italy (or any country!), but that’s not the goal. My role is to understand your style, expectations, priorities, and budget — and then connect you with trusted professionals who can deliver on that at the highest standard. In the world of luxury and destination weddings, quality, experience, and alignment with your values matter so much more than quantity.

While posting publicly for vendor suggestions might feel helpful, it often brings an overwhelming wave of referrals that may look great online but don’t necessarily suit your event, your location, or your level of service. That can lead to decision fatigue and even costly missteps.

What I offer is more than a list — it’s a strategic, highly personalized approach that ensures every detail is intentional, every vendor is vetted, and every choice supports a seamless, elevated experience. You should feel supported, not stressed — and that’s exactly what I’m here to provide.

Meet Gaia

I am Gaia Cinotti, founder and creative director of Eventi Gaia Weddings.

My company offers unique and exclusive events thanks to my experience in the events organization acquired during all these years spent in contact with my customers.

An university degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, a master degree in Fashion Marketing Communication and Events Organization at Polimoda Institute, a class for Wedding Planner in Milan at Enzo Miccio Academy, a master in Business Administration and many years as Event Manager in important catering company have contributed in enriching my professionalism and skill.

I've been coordinating events since 2000 and I started planning destination weddings back in 2010 when I open my own company.
