Caravanilia Events We take care of the special moments of your life

There are two ways to live a regatta. One is on the water, where the wind decides everything. The other is on land, where nothing can wait and no one sees the work.

This year, we lived both, splitting between sea and shore to follow every side of these four days, building the world around the race: the welcome, the care, the quiet moments of rest between the storms.

What makes this collaboration rare is that it shouldn’t really exist. An amateur sailing crew rarely has someone following them this closely, this carefully, through every event. But Pegaso’s team manager, Giorgio Marchesi, welcomed us with real warmth, recognizing that this kind of care adds something new to the experience, for the staff, for the guests, for the sponsors themselves.

That’s why this partnership was born: to enrich everything that happens before and after the race, corporate hospitality at regattas, luxury team building at sea. Now in its second year with Lavoropiù as sponsor, the project has grown, and we grew with it.

We took care of every small detail along the way. Custom coasters, personalized menus, a first night at Marina Centro’s Casina nel Bosco, jerseys exchanged in the middle of Rimini’s summer nights. The next evening, Simone’s food truck surprised everyone with his passatelli, followed by music until late. After the final race on the Platù fleet, one last lunch at Caffè dell’Orto, the same place that had packed every meal for the crew during the regatta, vegan, vegetarian, no one forgotten, closed the weekend with one more toast before goodbye.

Sport, connection, challenge, togetherness. All carried by the same salt and wind we never stop chasing. Because for us, the sea always finds its way back into the story.

Every great wedding is a cocktail. Not by chance, by design.
A splash of romance, the kind that shows up in a kiss walked down the aisle, petals still falling. A generous pour of fun, toasts raised with heart shaped sunglasses, wine glasses clinking under the Tuscan sun. A note of warmth, friends leaning into each other, laughter that does not need translation. And somewhere in the mix, the unexpected ingredient that makes it unforgettable, a saxophone solo at golden hour, a dog in a tiny tuxedo stealing the show.
Each element has its own job. Nothing is there by accident. The flowers, the music, the seating, the small handwritten details on the table, they are not decoration. They are proportion. They are the difference between a party and a memory.
Our task, every time, is to find the right balance. Our goal, every time, is to make sure it tastes like nothing anyone has ever had before.

✨Behind the Magic: A FOOD TRUCK LOVE STORY
At the Lavoro Challenger Cup, the race weekend we run together with Pegaso, Valentina sat down with Simone.
His office is a truck. His job is to keep changing shape, a different menu for every client, a different idea for every event.

He told us he loves private events most of all, because that’s when the truck stops being just a food truck and becomes something else entirely. A space to reimagine from scratch. A menu built around the people who’ll actually eat it.
Passatelli, and much more than that. Mostly, the freedom to experiment.

Bringing food trucks into an event means giving a buffet new character, giving the setup a different feel, playful, unexpected, real. Not just festivals, then. Weddings, private parties, corporate events too.
It’s a trend we love following and offering, because every truck carries its own story worth telling.
Long live food trucks, everywhere.

There is a kind of hospitality that cannot be improvised. It has to be built, detail by detail, with people who care as much as you do.
This welcome dinner started with a view. Rolling Tuscan hills, an ancient stone borgo, the last light of day settling over the countryside. Long tables dressed in red and white gingham, string lights above, and a menu that needed no translation: pizza, gelato, tomatoes still warm from the sun.
Behind the simplicity was a search. For the right venue, the right hands in the kitchen, the right people to welcome guests exactly the way they deserved to be welcomed. Because a pre wedding night is not just an event. It is the first taste of what a wedding weekend will feel like, and it has to feel like home.
Under the Tuscan sky, surrounded by people they love, the couple's guests did not just eat. They arrived.

A smile that slips out when you’re not looking at the camera. A hand holding another hand under the table. Bare feet in the grass, hair tousled by the evening breeze, a toast made while laughing too hard.
There’s no posing for a photo when love is this real. Alexander and Marcella knew that, and they let us capture it exactly as it was: a wild wedding, in the most beautiful sense of the word, where togetherness won over every protocol.
This is the version we love to tell. The one without filters.

Corey and Andrew flew in from America to get married in Italy, and chose to turn their wedding into entire days of celebration. After the first welcome night in Florence, the moment we had been waiting for arrived: guests passing through the gates of Borgo Corsignano and finding themselves wrapped in Tuscany, with dinner set out across the hills and a menu built as a love letter to Italy, where pasta was the undisputed queen of the table.
Then, as dinner came to a close, the surprise. A lantern placed in each guest’s hands and a path of light to follow through the dark, all the way to a finale of music and opera voices under the open sky. A moment when the whole valley seemed to belong to them alone.
A celebration like this is not a single event. It’s a production that runs for days, dozens of vendors to choose and hold together, every detail coordinated so that everything breathes as one. This is where we pour our heart: into the invisible work that lets guests think of nothing but feeling it all. Because behind every moment there is a team that built it with care, and so much love.
And this, in the end, was a thank you. To everyone who crossed an ocean simply to be here, together.

There are evenings that don’t exist yet, until someone decides to build them.
Zeta Club had the spark and the name. ZÒBIA, Thursday in Ferrarese dialect. The simple idea of pulling the weekend forward by a few days, of letting that loose, end of week feeling arrive early, out by the pool, under the open sky. Then they came to us to give it a body, a face, an atmosphere you can recognize the moment you walk in.
So the work began. Not the visible kind, the invisible kind. The search for a tone, a temperature, a personality. We built the world around three elements: water, music, fire. The pool that holds the light. The music that sets the pace. The fire that pulls everyone in close.
The name was born in dialect, raw and local, and we wanted to keep that root while lifting it somewhere brighter. So we looked to the beach clubs of Saint-Tropez, and let that easy, sun-soaked elegance refine the edges without erasing the accent.
Then came the color. Orange, red, fuchsia and every shade in between, chosen to sit beside the green and the light instead of fighting them. Nothing decorative about it. It is the color of the sunset, the exact hour when ZÒBIA comes alive. The color of the fire. The color of the warmth we wanted you to feel before anyone said a word.
We gave it a tagline that says everything without explaining anything, “tutto il resto è ZÒBIA”. We ran beach club stripes across menus, coasters and hand fans. We invented a mascot nobody asked for and everybody remembers. We dressed the staff, lit the grill, designed a DJ booth made only for these nights.
The result is not a party. It’s a place that wasn’t here before, and now comes back every Thursday.
Because a format is not a single event. It’s an identity that returns. And building one means choosing every detail, every partner, every degree of warmth, until the mix becomes something only yours.
This is what we do, beyond weddings, beyond private and corporate events. We turn an idea into a world people want to live inside.

Over the years, we have planned weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and special occasions across Italy. Each one a different world. Different needs, rhythms, languages.
Lately, we have been moving closer to the world of sport: the formats we created for Zeta Club, the Pegaso regattas, and now the days spent in the paddock at Misano World Circuit during the Superbike World Championship.

We are not changing careers.
We are doing what we have always done: observing, listening, learning.
Because every event is its own ecosystem. A sports photographer does not work like a wedding photographer.
A catering team serving an international racing team during the superbike does not face the same challenges as one specializing in private events. The timing changes. The logistics, the spaces, the expectations, the priorities.

That is exactly why we want to understand how these worlds work from the inside.
These past few days gave us the chance to sit down with professionals working in championship hospitality, to explore dynamics and structures very different from the ones we usually encounter.
Because a good planner should not only know their own field. They should know everything around it.
Curiosity, in the end, is one of the most important tools we have.
