Cooking In Italy With Teresa Colors - Teresa is a licensed chef who has been hosting cooking classes both in her home as well as in the homes of her clients since 2012. You too can have fun learning the art of italian cooking at a 1/2 day, full day, or multi-day cooking class with Teresa. The possibilities are endless!

My mission is to break the many stereotypes about Italian food and make all who join me in the kitchen realize, that Italian food tasty and most importantly, so easy to make! The greatest compliment I receive from my clients is when the tell me how easy it was to replicate my recipes when they returned home after their visit to Italy.

All of my classes are suitable for beginners as well as those who are extremely comfortable in the kitchen. I guarantee no matter your level, you will learn a lot and have an incredible time! My classes are designed to be informative but also relaxed so that you can enjoy yourself.

I host classes in my home, in the region of Friuli, just a one hour train ride away from the center of Venice. My guests have the opportunity to see what it’s like to live in an Italian town at the base of the Dolomite Mountains, away from the thralls of tourists.

Whether you are visiting Venice just for a few days or more, a quick and direct train ride to Pordenone will bring you to my home where we can cook together and learn how Italian culture influences the flavors of Italian food.
