Ogni settimana riceviamo messaggi di coppie che si sono appena fidanzate, che hanno già la data in testa, che immaginano un sabato di giugno con duecento persone. E noi dobbiamo dirgli che quella data, purtroppo, non è più disponibile. Non perché siamo al completo già da mesi, ma perché le coppie più organizzate hanno iniziato a pianificare un anno e mezzo prima. 💍

Organizzare un matrimonio richiede tempo, molto più di quanto si immagini. E non è ansia, è semplicemente la realtà di un evento che coinvolge decine di fornitori, centinaia di persone e un giorno che deve andare esattamente come lo avete sognato.
Ecco le tempistiche che consigliamo, slide per slide. 🌿

18-24 mesi prima: scelta della location e prenotazione della data. È il primo passo, quello da cui dipende tutto il resto.
12-18 mesi prima: catering, fotografo, musicisti. I professionisti migliori si esauriscono in fretta.
10-12 mesi prima: abito da sposa, partecipazioni, wedding planner se previsto.
6-8 mesi prima: fiori, allestimenti, bomboniere, menu degustazione.

Nessun capotavola. Nessuna gerarchia. Solo persone che si guardano in faccia, con i gomiti appoggiati alla tovaglia e la conversazione che non smette mai del tutto, nemmeno quando il discorso finisce e la musica riprende.

Da un lato il lancio classico: la sposa di spalle, il bouquet che vola alto, le amiche che alzano le mani verso il cielo. Un momento di gioia pura, istintivo, fotografato mille volte e ogni volta diverso. Dall'altro il taglio del nastro, la versione più moderna e inclusiva: il bouquet tenuto in alto con i nastri che scendono, le ospiti che tengono ognuna il proprio filo, una che tira e vince. Meno caos, più partecipazione, un gesto più controllato ma altrettanto emozionante. 💍
