La vinificazione avviene nella cantina di Santa Cristina, tra Toscana e Umbria. Il nostro olio extravergine di oliva toscano è prodotto nei 15 ettari di oliveti, frutto della raccolta a mano e dall'estrazione con mezzi meccanici.
