What would be Italian cuisine without the typical cuisine from Molise? If you are planning to visit our region, you can’t forget to live a once-in-a-lifetime experience! There is nothing better than to combine your vacation with a learning experience. Let’s try your hands in an Italian southern kitchen preparing our typical dishes: from appetizers to desserts. Of course, everything is based on the

authenticity of products that our region Molise offers. Have you ever thought about making homemade pasta and not buying it anymore? Of course you can gather information on the Internet, but without a doubt the best choice is for you to take some cooking classes with us in Molise. You will be taken under our wings, and you will be taught how to prepare our specialties only made by products that come directly from local farmers. Therefore, you will be served fresh and high quality meals! Secondly, you will be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor having lunch all together and drinking the best wine ever in a cozy and familiar atmosphere! This is a pleasant small-group experience ensuring you’ll enjoy a more personalized lunch. Vegetarians are welcomed as well. TOUR INCLUDES (five people for each group):

- Cooking class
- All ingredients for your lunch/dinner (weekend)
- Four courses traditional menu from Molise:
1) appetizer
2) main course (primo) with homemade pasta
3) second course (secondo): zucchini parmesan, eggplant parmesan or potato cake
4)local dessert
- local wine or beer, coke and other beverages
- coffee

We are waiting for you to share, taste and have fun together! Of course in Sepino, an amazing village 20 minutes away from Campobasso. In Sepino you can enjoy the archaeological site of Saepinum that will make you feel as if you’ve gone back in time. NOTE: Please inform us of any food intolerance or allergy in advance
