One of those weddings that truly felt like magic 🤍

Set in the rolling hills of Tuscany, this celebration was all about effortless elegance and letting the natural beauty of the landscape shine. The couple dreamed of a relaxed but refined dinner under the stars — and that’s exactly what we created.

The tables were styled with three different types of soft, textured linens, layered intentionally to add quiet depth and variation without distracting from the surroundings. Paired with warm wood chairs, garden-style florals in soft whites and greens, and candlelight stretching down the center of each table, the setting struck that perfect balance between organic and elevated.

Overhead, string lights swayed gently in the breeze as golden hour turned into a dusky evening — and the whole night felt like something out of a film.

There were moments of laughter, stillness, joy, and beauty woven into every inch of this day. So grateful to bring it all to life for two of the loveliest humans.

✨ Behind the Scenes of a Wedding Planner’s Life ✨
It’s hard to explain to those outside the industry just how much work goes on behind the scenes.
Managing files, endless emails, client calls, supplier coordination, contract negotiations and verifications, project planning, budgeting, payment tracking, deadlines, daily updates to the master plan, meetings with new clients, team meetings, marketing, advertising, constant updates to the website, brochures, social channels, online platforms…
And that’s before we even get to the weddings themselves!
From May to October, it’s wedding travel season — From October to April venue scouting, menu tastings, and meetings with couples fill our travel schedules together with full time back office work.
It’s a full-time, year-round commitment.
People often say: “You have the best job in the world!”
And yes, seeing our couples’ faces light up — nervous during prep, emotional at the ceremony, joyful during dinner and the party — makes everything worth it.
But let’s be honest: it’s not all sunshine and flowers.
This job requires years of experience, financial and managerial skills, organization, precision, creativity, and endless patience.
Our client reviews speak volumes, but I still think it’s important to shed light on what it truly takes to work at this level.
We got here through hard work, sweat, and countless sleepless nights.
You can’t improvise professionalism — too many try, and it hurts the image of those of us who live and breathe this work.

43 years.
I’ve never felt so strong and yet so powerless at the same time.
My career, my team, my people—they give me incredible strength and self-confidence. But at the same time, the fear of failing and disappointing them is always there.

It’s not easy being a single mum who wants to spend as much time as possible with her child. An entrepreneur running a business that keeps growing year after year. A woman who still believes that love is out there, waiting for her.
A good friend, trying so hard to make time for everyone.

A traditional Korean Paebaek ceremony in Tuscany—where heritage meets history.

As part of this beautiful multicultural wedding, we created a modern take on the Paebaek, a Korean wedding ritual that honors family, ancestry, and the joining of two lineages. Set against the grandeur of Renaissance art and architecture, this intimate moment was filled with meaning, gratitude, and joy.

We designed a personalized backdrop that echoed throughout the space—from the folding screen to the table runner and cushions—tying every detail together in a soft, cohesive palette. It was a thoughtful nod to tradition, while still feeling elegant and contemporary.

From ceremonial bows to joyful laughter (and yes, a piggyback ride!), this was a celebration of legacy and love, reimagined in one of the most romantic settings in the world.
