Before you fall in love with a wedding venue and sign anything, talk to a wedding planner. Not after. Before.

This wedding in Tuscany required five days on site: two for the full structural setup, three for the events. A design we had been dreaming about for months, executed by a team that knew exactly what it was doing.

Most couples do not know until it is too late that venue access days for setup are limited and come at a cost. If your planner is not in that conversation from the start, you risk choosing a space that simply cannot hold the wedding you have in mind.

One year ago I had this idea: I wanted floral spheres to come back into wedding design trends… and I think we made it happen. ✨

This luxury Jewish wedding ceremony in Tuscany was all about color, scale, and fashion forward floral styling. From the oversized flower spheres lining the aisle to the huge colorful chuppah covered in blooms, every detail was designed to feel immersive, joyful, and unforgettable.

A white aisle, vibrant floral installations, sculptural arrangements, and a modern chuppah design surrounded by the Tuscan countryside… this ceremony felt like stepping into a dream.

This is not a plan B. This is months of vision, study, and obsession over every detail.
I worked alongside .zammarchi to design this Tuscany wedding styling from the ground up. The two A’s spelled out with tables and the dance floor is something I had dreamed of seeing in person for so long. Three full days to bring it to life, but we did it.

I made a promise to Jenna.
And I usually don’t make promises unless I know I can keep them.

Last Saturday the weather was completely unpredictable. After 13 years in this industry, though, you learn the difference between what you can risk… and what you absolutely can’t.

Storms everywhere.
Heavy rain.
Then sun.
Then rain again.

So how do you deliver an outdoor ceremony with a fully customized aisle, stage, and floral installations in conditions like these?

Because it’s not only about having sun at ceremony time.
It’s about having enough time to actually build the scene.

When it rains, everything stops.
Setups stop.
Installations stop.
Timelines shift by the minute.

So every decision becomes strategy. Every timing must be calculated perfectly.

And this is where the right team makes all the difference.

Yes, it was beautiful. But behind that beauty there were pressure, fast decisions, contingency plans, logistics, and years of experience.
