È stata una settimana durissima. Per me e mio team non è una novità, ma in questi giorni ho sopratutto messo alla prova i piani di lavoro in Dekton: Cosentino Italia mi ha invitato a testarli e a non avere pietà…come potevo rifiutare? Macchie di limone, di vino, il calore delle pentole…niente li ha danneggiati....Posso solo dire ‘Totally Approved'

Io e lui. Non ve lo devo più nemmeno spiegare com’è la relazione d’amore che ci lega, ormai mi conoscete. Un buon piatto, una cena che si rispetti vanno onorati con un ottimo vino, non c’è discussione.

Mi capita raramente di fare errori…ma che succede se per sbaglio annaffio di rosso il piano di lavoro? Qui non mi sono risparmiato e, indovinate un po’? Una passata di panno e del ‘misfatto’ nessuna traccia.

Anche oggi ho messo alla prova Dekton e… TEST VINO SUPERATO!
