Lake Maggiore Incentive -
Destination Discovery, Adventure & Flavours
Last week, we had the pleasure of curating a 48-hour incentive event for a French company, welcoming 20 guests to an immersive experience on Lake Maggiore, carefully designed down to every detail to combine destination discovery, outdoor activities, and exclusive moments of conviviality.
From airport transfers to full logistical coordination, we built a seamless and engaging program, designed to balance energy, relaxation, and authenticity.
Day 1 – Arrival & Destination Discovery
Early morning departure from Paris and arrival at Milan Linate, followed by a private transfer to Stresa, the gateway to Lake Maggiore. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with a lakeside coffee break for a first moment of relaxation.
The experience immediately came to life with a private taxi boat transfer to Feriolo, followed by a scenic e-bike ride from Feriolo to Mergozzo, guided by certified instructors. A perfect activity to combine team building with direct contact with the landscape.
This was followed by an authentic Italian experience: a “Gnoccata” cooking class in an exclusive venue, before a convivial lunch at a fine dining restaurant.
In the afternoon, the group returned to Stresa to experience one of the highlights of the lake: a private tour of the Borromean Islands. Between botanical gardens, historic palaces, and breathtaking views, guests visited Isola Madre and Isola Bella with a dedicated guide.
The day concluded with a private aperitif in the gardens and an exclusive dinner on Isola Bella, followed by a private taxi boat transfer back to the hotel — a truly scenic finale to an intense day.
Day 2 – Adventure & Flavours After breakfast and check-out, the group headed towards a high-energy outdoor experience: via ferrata, accompanied by professional alpine guides.
For guests who preferred a less technical activity, we arranged a parallel hiking experience, allowing everyone to enjoy the landscape at their own pace.
A dynamic and immersive experience, designed to strengthen team spirit while fully connecting with the natural alpine environment.
The group then returned to the lake for a relaxed pizza lunch overlooking the water, a perfect moment of sharing and downtime.
In the afternoon, guests enjoyed a taste of local excellence through a customizable food and wine experience: either a winery visit with wine tasting or a local cheese tasting, showcasing regional specialties also for international guests.
Finally, transfer to Milan Linate Airport for the return flight to Paris.
Two intense days, perfectly orchestrated, blending nature, sport, culture, and gastronomy into a seamless and memorable journey.
