Lido da Giorgio 🍦

Un primo compleanno che profuma d’estate.

Un lido balneare immaginario, vestito di colori pastello, castelli di sabbia, bolle di sapone e giochi d’acqua.

Un progetto costruito intorno a un’idea molto semplice:
il gioco non ha età.

Così abbiamo pensato ai più piccoli, ma anche ai grandi, trasformando una festa di compleanno in una giornata da vivere davvero.

Con leggerezza, ironia e quel pizzico di competizione che non guasta mai.

E per me, questa volta, un ruolo decisamente inedito:
madrina della premiazione ufficiale dei giochi. 😂🏆

Perché non bisogna mai prendersi troppo sul serio!

A first birthday that smells like summer.

An imaginary beach club, dressed in pastel colors, sandcastles, soap bubbles, and water games.

A project built around one very simple idea:
play has no age.

So we thought of the little ones, but also the grown-ups, turning a birthday party into a day to truly enjoy.

With lightness, irony, and just the right touch of competition.

And this time, I had a decidedly unexpected role:
official godmother of the games’ award ceremony. 😂🏆

Il colore è una scelta audace.

Ha carattere, occupa lo spazio, cattura lo sguardo.
E quando diventa protagonista di un progetto,
non può essere lasciato al caso.

Per Michela e Matteo il colore non è stato semplicemente
una scelta estetica.

È diventato un modo per raccontarli.
La loro energia, la loro personalità, il loro desiderio
di vivere il matrimonio con leggerezza, eleganza
e una meravigliosa dose di libertà.

Abbiamo lavorato sulle intensità, sugli accostamenti
e sugli equilibri, lasciando che floral design,
mise en place, food e architettura dialogassero tra
loro senza mai competere.

Un esercizio di progettazione sofisticata, fatto di
contrasti, proporzioni e dettagli in equilibrio.
Nessun eccesso.
Nulla lasciato al caso.
Michela & Matteo.
Un matrimonio pieno di colore.
E, soprattutto, pieno della loro personalità.

Color is a bold choice.

It has character, it defines the space, it draws the eye.
And when it becomes the protagonist of a design, it cannot be left to chance.

For Michela and Matteo, color was not simply an aesthetic choice.

It became a way of telling their story.
Their energy, their personality, their desire to experience their wedding with lightness, elegance, and a wonderful sense of freedom.

We worked with intensity, combinations, and balance, allowing floral design, table settings, food, and architecture to enter into dialogue without ever competing with one another.

An exercise in sophisticated design, built on contrasts, proportions, and carefully balanced details.
No excess.
Nothing left to chance.

Ferragosto.
No set. No make-up. Just Italy. 🇮🇹

Every summer, my international clients ask me the same question:

“Why does everything seem to slow down in Italy in August?”

Well, the answer has a name: Ferragosto.

A tradition that began more than 2,000 years ago with Emperor Augustus and that, in its own way, is still very much alive today.

Because Ferragosto isn’t simply August 15th.

It’s that time of year when Italy slows down.

Families come together, friends meet up, people head to the seaside or the mountains and simply enjoy a slower pace of life.

It reminds us that not everything always needs to move so fast.

And perhaps, that’s also one of the reasons why you love the Italian way of life so much.

So today, straight from the pool, let me tell you a little bit about Ferragosto. 🇮🇹

Il matrimonio inizia molto prima della cerimonia.
Inizia nelle stanze in cui tutto prende forma.
Dove il tempo rallenta, le emozioni si fanno spazio e ogni dettaglio trova il proprio posto.

Per questo il getting ready dello sposo e della sposa hanno per me lo stesso identico valore.

Da una parte il trucco, l’acconciatura, l’abito.
Dall’altra la sartoria, la vestizione, il nodo della cravatta, i gemelli, le scarpe.

Ogni gesto viene seguito con la stessa attenzione.
Perché entrambi meritano di sentirsi accolti, accompagnati e liberi di vivere quel momento con leggerezza.

Il mio lavoro è fare in modo che tutto accada con naturalezza.

Senza fretta.
Senza tensione.
Con la cura silenziosa che rende speciale ogni dettaglio.

Perché il vero lusso è questo: arrivare all’inizio della giornata sapendo che qualcuno si sta prendendo cura di tutto. 🤍

A wedding begins long before the ceremony.

It begins in the quiet moments when everything starts to come together.
Where time slows down, emotions settle in, and every detail finds its place.

That’s why the getting ready of both the bride and the groom matter equally to me.

On one side: hair, makeup, the dress.
On the other: tailoring, dressing, the tie, the cufflinks, the shoes.

Every gesture deserves the same level of care.

Because both deserve to feel supported, looked after, and free to experience those moments without stress.

My role is to make sure everything unfolds naturally.
