Did you know that according to the International Olive Council, one hectare of olive grove is able to absorb 4.5 tons of CO2 a year? making an olive tree a very effective tree against climate change.

This year we planted another 118 trees, as well as one tree for every guest booking at Casa Sant Elia.

What a lovely thought that this little sapling may live for hundreds of years 💚

Casa Sant’Elia is a beautiful restored farmhouse that is nestled within the rolling hills of Le Marche, Italy. The property is available for holidays and exclusive hire for weddings.

Casa Sant’Elia also produces its own wine and olive oil, available to buy via the website.

Casa Sant’Elia was founded by entrepenuer, Irene Avis, whose philosophy is that a fitter healthier lifestyle better enables people to cope with the pressures of everyday life. She passionately believes that her own approach to health and fitness has given her the energy and clarity of mind to successfully manage a positive work/life balance and wants to share this approach with others, in particular women. Irene runs retreats in both the UK & at Sant’Elia in Italy which brings together fitness, health and style.
