A recent study found greater smartphone use was associated with a greater rise in the cortisol-awakening response– the natural spike in cortisol that occurs around 30 minutes after waking to prepare us for the day.

One of the greatest things about life is that we can choose to make it what we want it to beSure we can’t control everything, but we can control our inner state, and in doing so we change our energy.

A simple way is to PRIORITIZE YOURSELF: taking a timeout to give yourself a moment of relaxation.

Rest is not just about taking a break. It actually supports our brain to be able to function better.
When we don't give ourselves time for quality rest and we spend more time doing, we actually become less productive. 
Give yourself permission to rest so you can actually be your best!

The Yoga practices: give balance and harmony to our bodies. The practice of yoga in Autumn must be adapted to climate change and the new needs of the body.
In fact, we need to warm up adequately to avoid getting hurt while performing the asanas.

During the practice try to pay attention to when you enter and exit each asana, this is where you find your harmony.
Move with grace and elegance.

During this period we don't forget Savasana, and when it is possible we can extend it up to 15/20 minutes.

To keep your holiday calm
Have you ever did it?
Before going to bed, make a list of what brings you joy into your life instead of doing the same old " to do list" for the next day.
Tonight mine is:
✔Meditate in the morning
✔Eat focaccia secca and capuccino for breakfast
✔Take a walk in nature
✔Connect with friends
✔Have a long hot shower
✔Practice yoga by myself
✔Love yourself more
