三人篮球赛球员资格规定及挑战程序
Regulations on Player Eligibility and Challenge Procedures for 3x3 Basketball Tournament

一、球员资格规定
1.1 球员组成
每支球队由三名正式球员和一名替补球员组成。
Each team shall consist of three main players and one substitute player.

1.2 球员资格限制
每支球队最多只能有一名国手或两名州手球员，其余球员必须为普通球员。
Each team may have a maximum of one national player or two state players, with the remaining players being regular players.

1.3 国手及州手任期
国手及州手的任期为2023年至2025年。在此期间被认定为国手或州手的球员，将受此资格限制。
The tenure of national and state players is from 2023 to 2025. Players recognized as national or state players during this period are subject to these eligibility restrictions.

二、挑战程序
2.1 挑战资格
若任何球队发现其他球队的球员资格违规，可向主办方提出挑战。
If any team identifies a violation of player eligibility by another team, they may lodge a challenge with the organizer.

2.2 挑战费用
提出挑战需缴纳RM500作为挑战费用。
A challenge fee of RM500 is required to initiate the challenge.

2.3 挑战结果
挑战成功：若挑战成功，对方球队必须舍弃不合格球员，且RM500挑战费用将全额退还。
If the challenge is successful, the opposing team must disqualify the ineligible player, and the RM500 challenge fee will be fully refunded.
挑战失败：若挑战失败，RM500挑战费用将不予退还。
If the challenge is unsuccessful, the RM500 challenge fee will not be refunded.

三、附则
本规定自发布之日起生效，最终解释权归主办方所有。
These regulations shall take effect upon issuance, and the final interpretation rights belong to the organizer.

主办方保留对本规定的修改及解释权。
The organizer reserves the right to amend and interpret these regulations.

我们目前有一些队伍准备参加Mix & Female 的比赛，但总共需要16支队伍才能正式开始！我们的建议是， U15 Female 可以换球员改打 U15 Mix， 或U15Mix 的换球员改打U15 Male， 可以联系Peter See Yew Boon 016-647 5533 进行协调更改。

- Male U12 (12 teams)
- Male U15 (14 teams)
- Male U18 (11 teams)
- Male Open (11 teams)

We also have some teams ready for Mix & Female categories, but we need 16 teams in total to officially start. A suggestion: U15 Female players can switch to U15 Mix, or U15 Mix players can switch to U15 Male. For coordination, please contact Peter See Yew Boon at 016-647 5533.
