كلمة الاستاذ جورج كرم المدير التنفيذي لشركة الحمراء للتأمين في الملتقى الوطني للقطاع الخاص – النسخة الثانية، الذي أُقيم برعاية معالي وزير التجارة الأستاذ أثير الغريري يوم السبت الموافق 25 تشرين الأول 2025، ونُظِّم بشكل مشترك بين دائرة تطوير القطاع الخاص وشركة بيت الحكمة للتدريب والاستشارات (BHTC).شهد الملتقى حضوراً واسعاً لشخصيات رسمية وممثلي الوزارات والمؤسسات الحكومية، إلى جانب ممثلي القطاع الخاص والمنظمات الدولية وأصحاب الشأن تضمّنت فعاليات الملتقى محاور حوارية ناقشت دور الجهات التشريعية والتنفيذية والرقابية في دعم القطاع الخاص، وأهمية الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، إضافة إلى بحث دور المنظمات الدولية في تنمية المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتعزيز بيئة الأعمال في العراق، بما يسهم في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة
Speech by Mr. George Karam, CEO of Al Hamra Insurance Company, at the National Private Sector Forum – Second Edition, held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Trade, Mr. Atheer Al-Ghurairi, on Saturday, October 25, 2025, and jointly organized by the Private Sector Development Department and Beit Al Hikma Training and Consulting Company (BHTC). The forum witnessed a wide attendance of official figures and representatives of ministries and government institutions, in addition to representatives of the private sector, international organizations, and stakeholders. The forum's activities included dialogue sessions that discussed the role of legislative, executive, and regulatory bodies in supporting the private sector, the importance of partnership between the public and private sectors, and the role of international organizations in developing small and medium-sized enterprises and enhancing the business environment in Iraq, in a way that contributes to achieving sustainable economic development.
