جانب من حضور الشخصيات في ملتقى الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال (GRC) – النسخة الثالثة حيث شهد حضورا مميزا لعدد من الشخصيات القيادية وصناع القرار وممثلي المؤسسات من القطاعين العام والخاص وبرعاية كل من البنك المركزي العراقي، وزارة المالية، وزارة التجارة، هيئة الأوراق المالية، ورابطة المصارف الخاصة العراقية، وبالتعاون مع الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ)، وبدعم من مجلس شؤون المنافسة وجمعية المؤمنين.
A glimpse of the distinguished attendees at the third Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) Forum – which witnessed a prominent presence of leading figures, decision-makers, and representatives from public and private sector institutions. The forum was held under the auspices of the Central Bank of Iraq, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Trade, the Securities Commission, and the Association of Iraqi Private Banks, in cooperation with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), and with the support of the Competition Affairs Council and the Al-Mu'minin Association.

The exhibition showcasing participating companies at the third edition of the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) Forum was inaugurated on Wednesday, June 22, 2026, at the Babylon Rotana Hotel, with a large attendance of government and industry figures and representatives from the private sector.

توزيع دورع الشخصيات والشركات – ضمن ملتقى الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال (GRC) – النسخة الثالثة، وذلك بتاريخ 22 نيسان 2026، وسط حضور واسع من المختصين وصناع القرار في القطاعين العام والخاص، وبرعاية كل من البنك المركزي العراقي، وزارة المالية، وزارة التجارة، هيئة الأوراق المالية، ورابطة المصارف الخاصة العراقية، وبالتعاون مع الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ)، وبدعم من مجلس شؤون المنافسة وجمعية المؤمنين.
ويهدف الملتقى إلى تسليط الضوء على أحدث الممارسات في مجالات الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال، وتعزيز بيئة العمل المؤسسي القائمة على الشفافية والاستدامة، بما يسهم في تطوير القطاع المالي والاقتصادي في العراق.
The third annual Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) Forum, held on April 22, 2026, saw the distribution of awards to individuals and companies. The event was attended by a wide range of specialists and decision-makers from both the public and private sectors, and was sponsored by the Central Bank of Iraq, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Trade, the Securities Commission, and the Association of Iraqi Private Banks, in cooperation with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), and with the support of the Competition Council and the Al-Mu'minin Association.
The forum aimed to highlight the latest practices in governance, risk management, and compliance, and to promote a transparent and sustainable corporate environment, thereby contributing to the development of the financial and economic sectors in Iraq.

الجلسة الحوارية الثالثة بعنوان “التحديات التشغيلية للامتثال في بيئة العقوبات”
وذلك ضمن ملتقى الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال (GRC) – النسخة الثالثة، المنعقد بتاريخ 22 نيسان 2026.
شهدت الجلسة مشاركة نخبة من الخبراء والمختصين، وهم الأستاذ احمد الجبوري – المدير التنفيذي لشركة احمد الجبوري
• الأستاذ جورج كرم – المدير التنفيذي لشركة الحمراء للتأمين
• الأستاذ هشام الشمالي – مستشار مصرفي
• الأستاذ عمار أحمد جبار – مدير دائرة الامتثال / مصرف الرشيد
وأدارت الجلسة • الأستاذة زينب طاهر – إعلامية حيث ناقش المشاركون أبرز التحديات التشغيلية التي تواجه الامتثال في ظل بيئة العقوبات، وسبل تعزيز كفاءة الأنظمة والإجراءات بما يضمن الالتزام بالمتطلبات التنظيمية وتقليل المخاطر المرتبطة بها، مع التأكيد على أهمية تطوير القدرات المؤسسية لمواكبة المتغيرات الدولية.
The third dialogue session, titled “Operational Challenges of Compliance in a Sanctions Environment,” was held as part of the third Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) Forum, on April 22, 2026. The session featured a distinguished panel of experts and specialists, including: Mr. Ahmed Al-Jubouri, CEO of Ahmed Al-Jubouri Company;
Mr. George Karam, CEO of Al-Hamra Insurance Company;
Mr. Hisham Al-Shamali, Banking Consultant; and
Mr. Ammar Ahmed Jabbar, Director of the Compliance Department at Al-Rasheed Bank. The session was moderated by Ms. Zainab Taher, a media professional. Participants discussed the most prominent operational challenges facing compliance within a sanctions environment, and ways to enhance the efficiency of systems and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and minimize associated risks. Emphasis was placed on the importance of developing institutional capabilities to keep pace with international changes.
