At every Goan wedding, there’s one counter everyone quietly keeps coming back to at the 2nd round - the Goan Counter ❤️

A plate of warm sorpotel, soft poi, sanna or pao from the bread basket, a serving of simple goan red rice, earthen pot cooked prawn curry, and that little side of kismoor adding the perfect crunch.

These are just flavours we’ve grown up with. The kind of food that feels like home in the middle of all the celebration.

We put the feast in their forever at Costa Countryside as Nikitha & Joel celebrated their big day with their loved ones 🤍

Our chefs curated a spread that travelled coast to the hills and back again. From Hariyali Tikki and Kerala fish cutlets to Chicken 65 bringing the southern swagger, from live Fish Amritsari and Chilly Garlic Prawns firing up the night to rich Mutton Rogan Josh and Kerala Beef Roast and live counters that left lines long.

At the desert table… Dark Chocolate Marquise, White Sacher Glacé, Gulab Jamun and ice cream kept the celebration sweet till the end 🍫🍨

At Catering, we believe weddings should be remembered for the vows… and for the queue at the live counters.

What a lovely venue Sa Bethesda 🕺💃

From pan-seared filet mignon to tandoori slow-cooked leg of lamb, from live carving of a whole suckling pig to sriracha prawns bringing the heat… and desserts that refused to end the party 🍫🍓🍨

We make weddings that are remembered not just for the vows but for the food that had everyone going back for seconds. 🍽️ x 💍
