Google I/O is an annual developer conference held by Google in Mountain View, California. I/O was inaugurated in 2008, and is organized by the executive team. "I/O" stands for input/output, as well as the slogan "Innovation in the Open". The event's format is similar to Google Developer Day.

I/O Extended events help developers from around the world take part in the I/O Experience.

During the event we would be playing the GOOGLE KEYNOTE Video By Mr. Sundar Pichai, C.E.O, GOOGLE

Along with that, there would be some more videos on Key Sessions, Talks by Experts from Vizag and Ice Breaker sessions.

The 2nd Smposium was succesfully completed on 9th July 2016 @ Vadodara. The Symposium theme was " Best HR Practices for Small Scale Industries." The Symposium was chaired by Mr. Sudhir Kulkarni, a veteran HR professional with 4 decades of experience.

Some of the points that were raised and discussed were :

1) Finding right person to hire

2) Retention of good & best employees

3) Absence of incentives or motivational schemes which results in high attrition

4) Very low pay scales

5) In family businesses, lack of coordination between father & son which results in ineffective business flow

6) Some SMEs want to establish HR & Implement quality improvement process like 5S & lean manufacturing but they don’t want to spend any money for it

7) Looking for low salaried employees rather than skilled employees

8) Absence of safety measures which risks the life of the workers

9) Absence of appraisal systems in larger SMEs
