The session was expertly moderated by Ms. Rakhi Gupta, Chief CCA Coordinator and PGT Political Science. The distinguished panel comprised Ms. Nidhika Sharma (PGT History), Mr. Sachan Kotwal (PGT Economics), Mr. Dinesh Singh (PGT History), Ms. Sonia Suwal (PGT Accountancy), Ms. Apurva (PGT Business Studies), Mr. Khyam (PGT Geography), and Mr. Ankeshwar Tripathi (TGT Science).
The discussion commenced with a meaningful conversation on the growing concerns of anxiety and depression among young learners, highlighting the increasingly challenging environment in which educators work. The panel emphasized that today's teacher is expected to perform multiple roles—not only as an educator but also as a counsellor, facilitator, mentor, psychologist, and guide.
