ROBO-War
CHALLENGE:-
The challenge is to design a robot that will compete against another robot. The task is to survive in the ring for the longest time. The robot that falls off the edge of the arena, loses.
ROBOT SPECIFICATIONS:-
• The maximum dimension of the robot can be 50 x 50 x 50 cm (l x b x h).
• The robot may be wired or wireless.
• The weight of the robot should not exceed 25kg.
• The power supply will be provided maximum up to 24Volt.
• The robot must not be made from any readymade kit.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:-
• Each team can have maximum four members. Students from different institutes can form a team.
• Entry fee Rs. 300 per team.
• Each member of the team must have the identity card of his/her respected institute.
• The robot has to destroy, flap upside down, or push the opponent's robot out of the court, in order to qualify for the next round.
• Robot should be as per the given specifications.
• The robot must not leave behind any of its parts during the run and it should not destroy the arena; else it will result in disqualification.
• Use of Pneumatic and hydraulic Weapons is prohibited.
• Two robots at a time will compete against each other.
• Maximum five minutes will be given for each combat. If no decisive result is reached within that time then the Robot with light weight will win.
• In case of any disputes / discrepancies, the organizers' decision will be final and binding. Moreover, any attempt to exploit the above given rules in lieu of bad will may disqualify such a team upon the decision of the administration of the event.
