City Events Wedding Company Responsible for Coordinating Events, Putting up Stage Decorations, Food & Catering, Organizing Live Music & Entertainment, Photography & Video.........

Primary responsibilities

1. Coordinate details of events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, charity events, surprise parties, trade shows, sales meetings, business meetings, employee appreciation events and virtual events.

2.Calculate budgets and ensure they are adhered to.

3.Book talent, including musicians, bands, and disc jockeys.

4.Select chefs or catering companies

to prepare food for event.Sample food ,
select dishes for menus.

5.Visit venue to plan layout of seating and decorations.

6.Schedule speakers, vendors, and participants.

7.Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

8.Initiates, coordinates and/or participates in all efforts to publicize event.

9.Edit and design promotional materials.

10.Prepare presentations.

11.Develop and oversee fundraising events.

12.Negotiate and secure event space.

13.Secure sponsorship.

14.Work with printer and designer to develop event invitations.

15.Create invitee list.

16.Hire staff to manage the event, including bouncers and security personnel.
17 Manage correspondence.
18Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
19Keep inventory of backdrops, projectors, computers, and other display materials.
