𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐯𝐢 𝐁𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 is weaving everything she learned about pastry from some of the world's best kitchens. After 6 months at 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐮 in London, she attended the 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚, New York. She then worked with 𝐋𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧 & the 3 Michelin star 𝟏𝟏 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤.
