Creative Hive Studiog
One of the attraction of Creative Hive studio is, the practicing female artists play with the camera, poses and use fashion as the means of self-expression, with which the female artists scrutinize the idea of identity and feminity as a social construct. Studio has more females of various age group compared to male, indicates the idea of putting female herself as other for man juxtapose the myth, religion, literature or popular culture where women are too internalised to “dream through dream of men”. Staircase leads to the sofa, where discussions on feminity are held, leads a women to reach maturity, identity and completeness of self in the painting process, dramatise the veranda of Tagore’s Jorasanko. The studio has more than 100 students with an individual space and a wide view of clay pots evokes the “inner world” of bodily experience, psychological colonization and cultural silencing. While sharing the space with younger students who prepare for entrance exams, practicing artists observe the fragmented parts, forms and colours of live objects which are mysteriously interconnected. .

Gulabi Sandook is proud to present ‘Satyam Kraft’
In a kind of a city where people believe that the boring old school business is the only way to go, is the kind of business which our city needed the most! It’s actually the result of Satyam Kraft’s whole women force who with love, passion, hard-work and unshaken will, drove their arts and craft business home!
Satyam Kraft bought a mere 200 sq. ft. store and started an arts and craft store. To anyone’s surprise, they did wonderfully! In just two years, they grew massively. Along with time not just their business grew, their forces have expanded too. Nikita’s paternal sisters Honey Dumasawala and Daisy Gajiwala have joined along! Honey is operation head of all stores and Daisy Gajiwala is creative head. The founder of Satyam Kraft Nikita Kapadia now handles the entire online operations of the store. She has managed to enter Satyam Kraft into the top 100 sellers list of Amazon.in.
Right now Satyam Kraft has 2000sqft India’s biggest arts and craft showroom in Vesu with other 2 branches.. The showroom has 99% women management staff.
