💠Please read the rules and guidelines before submitting your *short film* for the contest :-
1. There will be *one* entry per *group*.
2. The films shouldn't be more than *15 minutes* in duration including both beginning and ending credits.
3. Participants are required to submit their work in *MP4 / MKV* format to respective contacts.
4. The film can be of *BENGALI /HINDI /* *ENGLISH* but *subtitle isn't mandatory*.
5. Content shouldn't attack any *CASTE* , *CREED* , *RELIGION* , *S*X* , and *sentiments of other person/people* .
6. *Plagiarism* of any form will absolutely *not* to be entertained and will lead to disqualification.
7. *Top three* entries will be screened during *PLASMA*.
