From Ruins to a Restaurant – The Journey of Khik Kitchen
What was once a forgotten, ruined bird-watching tower has now transformed into Khik Kitchen—a restaurant where nature and luxury blend seamlessly. In respect to the legacy of Bird Watching Tower and the emotions within, we were inspired by the meaning of “Khik” —bird nest (as per Stephen Moore’s Digital Tai Dictionary)—our vision was to create a warm, welcoming space, much like a nest, where flavors, culture, and elegance come together.
Turning this dream into reality took passion, dedication, and an eye for transformation & these pictures are the example that reflects our journey from "ruins to refinement."
