“ Bhai-Behen ka Pyar Badhane Aata Hai Rakhi ka Tyohar.” In this Rakhi,I will make it myself vegetables pancake

Serve: 2 to 3ppl
Ingredients:
1) 1/2 cup Suji
2) 3 tbsp curds
3) 2 and 1/2 tbsp finely chopped onions
4) 2 and 1/2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
5) 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander
6) 2 and 1/2 tbsp grated carrot
7) 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
8) 2 pinches sugar
9) Salt and pepper, to taste
10) Refine sunflower Oil for cooking

Methods:

Step 1: Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl along with. ¾ cup of water. Mix well.

Step 2: trun on the gas Heat a pan and grease lightly using Oil.

Step 3: Pour a spoon of the batter and spread into pancake.

Step 4: Cook till golden brown on each side. Serve hot with green chutney.
