MEETING WITH THE COUNCEL GENERAL

The meeting, led by Dr. Madhukant Pathak, General Secretary, JOA, was marked by cordial discussions focusing on the current sports landscape in Jharkhand, including infrastructure, athlete development, and grassroots engagement. Ms. Diaz showed keen interest in understanding the opportunities and challenges faced by the sports ecosystem in the state.

Olympic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and sporting spirit in Ranchi, bringing together athletes, sports enthusiasts, students, and citizens to mark the birth of the modern Olympic Games. The event was jointly organized by the Jharkhand Olympic Association and the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of Jharkhand.
