Rajgira (Amaranth Flour) and mango Dhokla
Amaranth is a moderate–rich source of dietary minerals, including phosphorus, manganese, and iron
It is also full o f antioxidants, vitamin C and E.
1 Rajgira atta 250Gms
2 Mango purée 150Gms
3 Curd 50Gms
4 Rock salt 20Gms
5 Eno 1/2tsp
6 Oil 50ml
"Directions: 1. Soak all ingredients except eno for 8 hours.
2. Just before steaming add eno.
3. Pour in a greased tray and steam it in the steamer for 20 minutes.
4. Temper with sesame seeds, chillies and curry leaves.
