An emotional journey lies ahead today, the magnitude of what we are about to embark on not hitting until I woke this morning. We have come to the East of Germany to try help my dad retrace the steps that my Grandad (Harry) and his brother (Jack) walked, this is no sweet metaphor, they literally did walk for hundreds of miles upon hundreds of miles. As I begin my fourth year of living in India I feel I’ve learnt a few things & that I might pass on a few insights I’ve gained (now whilst this is written about India I’m sure some points are applicable anywhere). This is truly short, sweet and to the point I have no agenda just a few things that I believe allowed me to completely fall in love with India (most of the time) & survive the rest!
