Rules & Event format:-

Open for all students of COEP

Decision of judges will be considered as final.

Event will be conducted in 3 rounds

 
    Eliminating Virtual Round-: Virtual Submission (Upload 45 sec Video in that you can showcase your talent like singing, dancing, Drama, Rap etc. along with introduction)

Deadline of virtual submission - 7th April 11.59 pm.

  Final Rounds
    Round 1 -:  Introduction + Stage walk ( 1 minute )
     (Participants have to introduce themselves and perform stage walk)
    Round 2 -: Talent Showcase (1 minute)
    Round 3  -:  Answering to Questionnaire
      (Participants have to give the answers of the questions asked by the judge)
 
Note:  Every round is an elimination round.
            You can also dress up according to the different states of India.

And now in our college, if we can do something like that, how much fun it will be !

Yes, our Gathering'22 team is coming up with a quite similar concept which is providing a platform for students who want to do something different and earn money from it .

On all three days of our gathering, you can set up the food/other stall you want from which you can earn money.

Get ready to show your talents and witness the talents around you.
Participate...Entertain...Win !!!
 
Event format:-
competition consists of multiple rounds (some rounds may be elimination rounds)

Round examples –
 “Concrete” (Physical Challenges),
 “Wizard” (Logic based games) ,
“Antakshari Battle”
 “Spectacle” (Impromptu Act Performance)
Etc.

Team size – Minimum 5 and maximum 10 team members allowed. (Make sure you team is a good mix of members, suitable to perform at each round.)

Note – Team should be branch wise for SY, TY, B.TECH and others and division wise for FYs

Use of Foul Language, Disrespectful Behaviour or any such activities would lead to disqualification of the team
The decision of the Judges would be final
The organizers will have the right to change the rules anytime.

A quiz to bring out the curious person in you..!

Rules & Event format:

1. Each team should consist of 2 members from any year of

study.

2. Open for all students of COEP

3. Question will be from different streams such as general awareness, COEP, Science & technology, business, sports,

entertainment etc. So prepare accordingly! 4. Decision of judges will be considered as final. 5. Event will be conducted in 2 rounds 6. In case of same score in aptitude test, team which took less

time to submit will be given preference.

1st round-: Aptitude test (30 minutes) 2nd round-: Multiple round quiz competition details of which will be shared on the spot.

Note: Top 10 teams will be selected for the 2nd round.

No registration fees will be charged

Auditions will be conducted in 2 rounds
Round 1 -: half second to 1 minute anchoring on any topic of choice
Round 2 -: Impromptu performance
