AISSMS CHMCT students had the opportunity to be part of an insightful live masterclass by Dr. Aditi Govitrikar, exploring the connection between culinary innovation, wellness, nutrition, and mindful ingredient choices.

The session highlighted the importance of using the right ingredients and making thoughtful food choices while creating delicious and innovative dishes with American Pistachios.
