I mostly specialize in quality rather than quantity and nothing too fancy. The cupcakes are all about the taste and the simplicity of what is on offer. Most of my fresh fruit cakes will be made as per the seasonal fruits. My cakes are reasonable and the idea is to keep you coming back for more, so that i get to use my passion to the fullest. I love making people happy, and what better than a little cupcake to spruce up your mood.

Why is Emotional Intelligence so important in today's business world?
While the competition increases, the lack of jobs for youth and the caption " survival of the fittest" prevails, it is only a thought that "EQ and EI " is something that every individual needs to hone. Keeping the balance between social and professional skills is important, but more important is understanding oneself. The need to be able to control self Vs. other's emotions is more important today. Gone are the days of 'hierarchy' and the 'Yes sir" days, today it's about how you use your people skills to gel into the business layers, how you become and effective coach / mentor and create goals for individual learning. I do believe that honing this skill of EI is of utmost importance at every level of organizations and it will help to make a productive workforce and a improve the human capital quotient.
