We began our journey at 6 AM — 20 Free Souls, hearts full of curiosity and minds ready to create memories. The air was fresh, spirits were high, and bikes revved with excitement as we set off towards Nashik.
But every ride has its tale, and ours started with an unexpected twist — our very first bike breakdown. A puncture reminded us of the golden rule: always carry your own toolkit and With some teamwork and laughter, we fixed the issue and rolled ahead, stronger already.
Our breakfast halt at Hotel Shivneri was a treat. Plates filled with steaming hot misal pav and cups of cutting chai gave us the fuel we needed. As we rode further, the landscape turned surreal — no sign of rain, just evergreen hills, lush valleys, and smooth winding roads. The Bluetooth chatter in our helmets made the ride even more connected and memorable.
Upon reaching Nashik, we were welcomed by a serene and beautifully spread-out property. Nestled away from the noise, the resort offered lush gardens, tall trees, peaceful corners, and a pool that would soon become our favorite spot. The tranquility of the place perfectly matched our post-ride vibe.
After a quick freshen-up, we headed to the sacred Trimbakeshwar Temple. En route, we stopped for lunch and then reached the temple — a stunning showcase of ancient architecture, spiritual aura, and the soothing presence of nature.
Post temple visit, we made our way to the elegant York Winery. Located amidst rolling vineyards and overlooking the calm waters of Gangapur Dam, the winery offered a perfect blend of nature, culture, and quiet luxury. Some of us took a stroll through the scenic estate, while others sipped on a glass of local wine, soaking in the relaxed vibes and gorgeous views.
Back at the resort, something magical happened — the pool turned into our playground. The water was unexpectedly warm, making it perfect for unwinding after a long ride. Laughter echoed as we floated, splashed, and lived the moment fully.
As the sun dipped behind the hills, the night lit up with stories, music, jokes, and shared memories. With a scrumptious dinner and conversations flowing into the night, we eventually tucked into bed, content and connected.
The next morning began with a hearty breakfast, hugs, and goodbyes. As we started our return journey, the skies opened up, blessing us with rain. Soaked helmets, wet roads, and foggy visors — it all added a poetic end to our ride, making it even more memorable.
This wasn’t just a ride.
It was an experience — of brotherhood, of adventure, of spiritual calm, and of celebrating what it means to be a Free Soul.
