It's about the people; it always is!

Everyone signs up for my Ramzaan Food Walk for the food, but seeing folks feasting together with strangers while sharing their own stories and experiences of similar festive feasts in other cities & countries is most heartwarming and a damn good incentive for me to keep doing this every year. What: Grub Art's Ramzaan Food Walk
When: Saturday, 8th March, 7PM onwards
Where: Kausar Baug, Kondhwa, Pune
Price: ₹1900 {transferable but not refundable}. Advance payment required to book a spot
Inclusions: food, bottled water and soft drinks. Parcels, and food not included in the designated stops, to be paid for separately to the restaurant/s directly.

It's that time of the year when i gently nudge you to indulge in meaty, decadent & festive delights of the streets with me - yes, Ramzaan is right around the corner and this year too we'll be hitting the delicious by-lanes of Kausar Baug with bellies that are famished but full of excitement!

What do we have in store for you this year?

- a crowd favourite of smoky, succulent kebabs with fried parathas and halwa
-- jalebis that are thicker than your skin and darker than your soul {but also as sweet as you! :P}
-- snacky things
-- my idea of pav-bhaji {hint: it's all meat & offal, and to be scooped up with super fluffy roti}
-- unctuous Hyderabadi haleem
-- slow-cooked meaty curries at Bombay's legendary barah handi shop
- some traditional sweets along the way
-- a refreshing falooda to soothe you down after that meal
-- paan
